Our SIPATMA 2026!

Every year, we dedicate an entire week to a topic we consider non-negotiable: the safety of our people.

SIPATMA — Internal Week for Accident Prevention and Environmental Awareness — is not held simply to meet a legal requirement. It exists because we understand that a strong safety culture is built through consistency, engagement, and the participation of everyone.

SIPATMA 2026 Theme: Our People’s Team — Safety Is Our Goal

With the 2026 FIFA World Cup approaching, the theme came naturally. Just as winning a championship is the result of the entire team’s effort—not just one player—workplace safety depends on everyone playing their part. When each person acts responsibly, the results follow.

How the Week Unfolded

From May 25 to 29, our Guarulhos facilities and our Itaquaquecetuba yard took part in four days of training sessions, interactive activities, and valuable exchanges among employees.

The topics went beyond workplace safety. We addressed mental health, physical well-being, financial health, and environmental awareness, because caring for people means looking at the whole person.“I really liked the idea! For some people, talking about safety can seem boring, and not everyone takes it seriously. But during SIPATMA, we approached the topic in a very practical and engaging way, using examples from everyday life. The World Cup theme was great, and the activities helped us remember the lessons much better, which is extremely important.”

A Meaningful Achievement

Our Revalorization Yard reached four years without a workplace accident. This milestone reflects a culture built day by day by people who have made safety and care an essential part of their work. It also motivates us to achieve the same result at our Itaquaquecetuba and Main Yard operations.

SIPATMA 2026 reinforced what we truly believe: safety is not just another item on a checklist. It is what allows every person to return home safely at the end of the day.“SIPATMA is a very important week for everyone in the company. We hope people absorb the knowledge shared and put it into practice every day—using personal protective equipment correctly, preventing accidents, and taking responsibility for their own safety, so that everyone can return home safely.”
